Lane Reservations
One (1) FREE lane reservation allowed per member per day.
Advance lane reservation fee is non refundable.
Reservation hold will be released 10 minutes after reservation time.
Group Class Cancellations
Store credit issued for cancellations received in writing at least 48 hours prior to start of class.
No credit given for no-show or cancellations within 48 hours prior to start of class with the exception of documented illness or family emergency (in which case 50% rebooking fee will be granted.)
Private Instruction Cancellations
Store credit issued for cancellations received in writing at least 48 hours prior to training reservation.
No credit given for no-show or cancellations within 48 hours prior to start of training reservation, with the exception of documented illness or family emergency (in which case 50% rebooking fee will be granted.)
