Description: The “Intro to Handgun” workshop is designed for an individual who is new to firearms or seeking to review basic fundamentals. The class starts in the classroom and ultimately progresses to the live fire range where single shot and multiple rounds with and without using sights will be practiced.
The workshop covers:
- Safety briefing
- Handgun types: Advantages/Disadvantages - Ammunition types
- Ammunition malfunctions
- Shooting fundamentals
- Stance
- Grip
- Sight alignment
- Breath control
- Trigger pull
- Application of training

- Handgun (bring yours or available to rent with ammo purchase required.)
